Chris and Ben completed their Yachtmaster qualification together some 20 years ago and have been adventuring the Cornwall and South Devon waters ever since. As well as spending a lot of time on boats with the family, Laura was also a member of the sailing club whilst living in Southern California.

The Pearce family are very excited about the Parsonage Lea development, particularly considering its proximity to the water and local yacht club.
