Why Us?

Despite the fact that the business is expanding and we are securing larger sites for development, our focus has always been on quality, not quantity.

Pearce Fine Homes have been a pleasure to deal with. My personal circumstances were sensitive and as a woman purchasing on her own I was apprehensive but I feel I’ve had my hand held throughout the whole process and three months into my home they continue to support me.

The site manager Mark, before him Chris, continues to ensure I am happy with the house and checks weekly that there are no problems. There are still building works going on with the rest of the development and the building team are clean, tidy and very respectful.  Noise and dust is kept to a minimum and their working times are not compromising my home life.

I found the developer Ben, flexible and sensitive to my needs when purchasing and he was happy to negotiate a delayed completion to secure my home as my time scale was dependant on factors beyond my control at the time. I did not ever feel pressured on time and everything we had agreed was honoured.  The sales team kept in touch without being intrusive and this incredibly stressful period was made as comfortable as possible by the whole Pearce team.

Building homes for the future

We recognise that the world is changing. As a new home builder, we have a responsibility to build homes for the future. We are committed to achieving excellence and delivering sustainable values by investing in our people, producing quality homes in great places to live, with first class customer service.

We also understand the importance of preserving and improving the ecology of each development site and implementing practical measures, such as creating reptile refugia, as well as installing bird and bat boxes and hedgehog highways into our properties.
