Employing a diverse, long-term team.

We are a family-run business that was established over 40 years ago. We pride ourselves in providing a nurturing working environment for our employees and sub-contractors . Several members of our team are with us all of their working lives, right up until retirement, which is something that we are very proud of. We encourage people from all backgrounds with the right experience to join our ever-growing business. Laura Stone, a senior member of the Pearce Group, recognises the importance of encouraging more women to work within the construction industry.

Laura Stone, Director of Legal & Business Affairs

“There is never a dull day working in the construction industry. It’s face-paced, exciting and innovative. Pearce Fine Homes judges people on merit and experience, above all else, which ensures that we work with the best possible team of people. All property developers have a responsibility to design and build homes for the future and not just for now; it is essential that women are a part of that process.” Laura Stone, Director of Legal & Business Affairs

Whilst working in private practice, Laura worked for a London City law firm that had a record high ratio of female to male partners. Stepping from one male-dominated industry to another, Laura recognises the importance of encouraging more women to work within the construction industry and is working hard to provide a nurturing and supportive working environment for employees and subcontractors alike. Pearce Fine Homes encourages people from all backgrounds with the right experience to join their ever-growing business and are proud that women represent 25% of the hard-working team.

Lucy Spencer, After Care Manager

Another passionate and dedicated member of the Pearce Fine Homes team is Lucy Spencer. Lucy is our After Care Manager, who makes sure that our purchasers settle into their new homes comfortably. Lucy started a career in property 26 years ago with experience in estate agency, property management and development. She joined the team at Pearce Fine Homes four years ago. “I love the positive buzz from seeing and being part of the development of our high-quality homes. I feel very proud to be part of this team.”

Employing a diverse, long-term team is just part of our commitment to a sustainable future. We recognise that the world is changing. As a new home builder, we have a responsibility to build homes for the future. We are committed to achieving excellence and delivering sustainable values by investing in our people, producing quality homes in great places to live, with first class customer service.
